We are most definitely what we eat and what we put on our skins. Pre-Workout Skincare Before you start your workout, wash your face to remove any makeup. When you sweat, your pores open, and if you're wearing makeup, the combination of sweat and oil can clog your pores. This can cause unwanted breakouts. Carry disposable makeup removing wipes in your gym bag. If you'll be exercising outdoors, be sure to apply an even layer of sunscreen. Choose a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF of 15 or higher and use as directed. Keep your hair off your face. It’s best to keep it pulled back and away from your face during a workout.
